Our Fetch box stopped working this year. After being given the 24-hour runaround by Optus, emerged that they had stopped working with Fetch. Oh! did you bother letting your customers know that? No, you didn’t. Reason became clear when the Telstra purchase of controlling share of Fetch was disclosed.

Meanwhile we disconnected the Fetch box and TV works nicely without it and for the amount we watch meets our needs.
