QMS deal signals the M&A machine has moved up a gear
The M&A machine is starting to move.
Just in the last week News Corp and Telstra have completed their sale of Foxtel Group to DAZN, Nine has given its provisional blessing for the sale of Domain to CoStar, and now QMS has taken full ownership of MediaWorks from hedge fund Oaktree in New Zealand.
The QMS deal likely has as much to do with what’s going on in Australia as it does Auckland.
